11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to HealthTrakApp at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
